I’m Candice, a wife, mother, and Oma to an adventurous toddler. I’ve embraced a lifelong journey exploring the health and wisdom of our bodies, our inner selves, and the vital Life Force. My passion is sharing these discoveries and helping others flourish as they uncover the wonder of the human body and the wisdom of the heart.
As a body-centered practitioner, coach, movement educator, and the founder of Regenerative Somatics, I integrate personal experiences with my professional expertise to guide others on their path to holistic well-being.
While battling chronic fatigue and autoimmune challenges, I found myself at a crossroads. Here, a pivotal insight emerged, leading to a healing journey for myself that formed the foundations of my newer work. This experience became the catalyst for the Restorative Retreat, a sanctuary for healing, renewal, and transformation.

Through creative imagination and inquiring minds, we’ll explore energy in motion – the subtle ways life flows through the body and shapes how we feel, move, and relate.
Our time together may include gentle breath and movement exercises, guided visualizations, self-massage, introspective journaling, and energy based process work.
In between sessions, you’ll receive simple, nourishing practices to explore on your own — supporting integration, grounding the work into daily life, and deepening your connection to the rhythms we uncover together.
