About Regenerative Somatics

Your body is wise.

Your body holds an innate intelligence—it knows how to restore balance and renew itself when given the right conditions. Regenerative Somatics offers a gentle, integrative path back to that natural wisdom through breath, movement, energy work, and quiet attunement.

Blendiing timeless wisdom with modern science, this approach draws from somatic awareness, energy medicine, restorative movement, Craniosacral Biodynamics, Polarity Therapy, and trauma healing informed by neuroplasticity research.

Through this work, you may discover how to ease tension and reconnect with inner steadiness, recognize and let go of limiting patterns and resistance, build clarity and resilience, and cultivate deeper self-love and self-trust. Most importantly, you’ll find what becomes possible when you attune to your body’s quiet wisdom.

Finding Your Way Through Life’s Transitions

Change can be disorienting and disruptive, touching your health, relationships, work, and sense of purpose, or it may bring unexpected loss. Transitional Intelligence (TQ) Coaching provides grounded support to help you understand your current situation, make sense of what’s changing, and take small, steady steps forward.

Instead of trying to power through on your own, we focus on simple, creative shifts that align with your natural pace. This creates space for lasting change, deeper insights, and genuine transformation.

About Me

Candice Sinai, BCPP, RPE, SEP
Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and Registered Educator, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Journey Practitioner, Certified Transitions Intelligence Coach, Certified Visionary Leadership/Conscious Coach, Founder of Regenerative Somatics

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the body’s quiet wisdom — its ability to heal, adapt, and guide us home. Movement was my first language. Ballet taught me presence and resilience, while yoga and somatic practices later revealed the restorative power of breath, stillness, and deep listening.

With over 35 years of experience in the healing arts and contemplative practice, which began in 1976, my work lives at the intersection of nervous system regulation, energy medicine, emotional restoration, and life transitions. I support sensitive leaders, purpose-driven professionals, and everyday people in reconnecting with their bodies — not to push through, but to listen, let go, and open to what’s ready to grow.

Two turning points shaped my career path: a car accident that ended my dance career and, years later, a virus that led to chronic fatigue and autoimmune illness. When nothing conventional or alternative brought lasting relief, I developed Regenerative Somatics — an integrative, body-centered approach rooted in self-compassion and the power of reconnection. It became the key to my recovery and now offers a gentle, deeply personal path for others.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing occurs in presence — when we listen, move slowly, and let the body’s intelligence guide the way.

Beyond my practice, I’m a wife, mother, and Oma to an endlessly curious grandson. I love nurturing things — gardens, conversations, and quiet moments of insight. And yes, I still love to dance.

Teaching has always been a natural extension of my learning. It’s how I share what I love.
Through the years, I’ve taught in various settings, from dance and yoga studios to somatic therapy trainings to immersive retreats, always with the intention of helping others reconnect with their bodies, their resilience, and their innate capacity for growth and healing.

Teaching roles that have shaped my journey:

• Student Demonstrator – Pittsburgh School of Ballet

I’m honored to be a member of organizations that support the integrity and evolution of somatic healing and energy medicine: These communities inspire me and keep me connected to the broader field of holistic wellness:

  • International Polarity Therapy Alliance
  • Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America
  • Navigating Transitions Coaching Community

Beyond my work, life is full of small joys and meaningful moments:

  • I love pulling weeds—there’s something deeply satisfying about clearing space for new growth.
  • I gave birth to my daughter in a yurt on a historic property in Virginia.
  • I was a founding member of The Gesundheit Institute, with Dr. Patch Adams
  • I helped champion the revival of The Leona, a historic theater in Homestead, PA.
  • I volunteer in a community flower garden and have been a “Secret Santa” since 1981.

Life is a journey of connection, service, and discovery. I’m grateful for every step.
