Who This Is For
The Inner Oasis is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, replenish their energy, and find a more sustainable way of moving through life.
It may be especially supportive if you:
- spend much of your life caring for or supporting others
- are moving through stress, depletion, grief, or transition
- want to feel more grounded, present, and connected with yourself
- are drawn to a gentler, more regenerative approach to wellbeing
- work as a coach, therapist, bodyworker, or healing professional and want to deepen your somatic presence
Whether you’re new to somatic practices or have been exploring them for years, they’re designed to meet you where you are.
What You’ll Explore
Each class weaves together simple teaching and direct experience through breath, awareness, gentle movement, sound, stillness, and reflection.
You’ll explore ways to:
- listen to your body with greater clarity
- support grounding and inner steadiness
- restore energy without pushing
- move with greater ease and adaptability
- deepen emotional awareness and resilience
- create more space for inner listening and intuition
- develop restorative practices for everyday life
The emphasis is not on mastering techniques.
It’s on developing a deeper relationship with the intelligence already moving through you.
Week One: Stillness & Motion
Where renewal begins
We begin with stillness, not as the absence of movement, but as the quiet ground from which movement arises.
Through breath, awareness, and subtle movement, you’ll explore the relationship between stillness and movement and what becomes possible when you slow down enough to notice.
Week Two: The Earth Element
Grounding & Support
Earth brings us into relationship with gravity, structure, support, and the physical body.
Explore what it feels like to become more grounded, receive support, and move from a steadier center.
Week Three: The Water Element
Flow & Letting Go
Water invites us into flow, adaptability, and release.
Through fluid movement, breath, and awareness, explore the capacity to soften, respond to change, and let go of what no longer needs to be held.
Week Four – The Fire Element
Energy & Transformation
Fire brings energy, clarity, and the power to transform.
Explore practices that awaken vitality while helping you distinguish between pushing yourself forward and allowing purposeful action to arise from within.
Week Five: The Air Element
Breath, Movement & Change
Air invites us to breathe, move, adapt, and respond to change.
Through breath and gentle movement, explore greater ease and freedom in how you move and breathe.
Week Six: The Ether Element
Spaciousness & Inner Listening
Ether brings us back to the spacious field from which the other elements arise.
Through stillness, breath, sound, and subtle movement, explore the quieter dimensions of awareness and the inner space where insight and renewal can emerge.

About Candice Sinai

Movement and stillness have shaped my life since childhood, from the joy of childhood play to sitting quietly beneath a tree and listening.
Those early threads led me into yoga and ballet, and eventually into decades of exposing movement as expression, energy, awareness, and healing. The Inner Oasis grew from the lifelong exploration and from my own experience of learning to listen more deeply to the body and its inherent capacity for health and renewal.
My teaching brings understanding and direct experience together, while leaving room for for each person to find their own way into the practice.
