Last week we listened through Air, whose nature is movement. This week we continue through the active elements with Fire — the quiet spark through which life comes into expression.

A forest transforms while appearing still. Fruit ripens quietly on the branch. Morning sunlight warms the earth before the day begins.

Something in us responds in much the same way.

We digest not only the food we eat, but our experiences, conversations, ideas, and the deeper nourishment that shapes our lives.

Notice the first rays of morning sun on your face. A conversation that leaves you feeling more alive. A creative idea that continues to glow. The quiet nudge to call someone you’ve been thinking about.

These moments are easy to overlook. Yet they often carry more life than we realize. As we begin to notice them, we may discover they are already carrying us toward what wants to open.

Notice what brings light to your eyes. Follow it with one small step. Then pause, and notice what changes.
